Mini-appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort(Wi-Fi free, condizionatore, lavatrice e lavastoviglie)ristrutturato e ammobiliato di recente, può ospitare sino a 2 adulti e 2 bambini o 3 adulti e 1 bambino. A 250 m dalla baia di Porto Cupo (in foto), immerso in un ampio giardino, è ideale per trasfertisti o per trascorrere una rilassante vacanza in famiglia. Fermata urbana autobus a 150 m, situato nei pressi di supermercati, farmacia e tabacchi. L'appartamento è adiacente alla villa patronale, con un ingresso laterale indipendente accessibile salendo 4 gradini.
L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere residenziale composto da graziose villette con giardino. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è la spiaggia di Porto Cupo, il resort Mon Reve, il parco la "Batteria Cattaneo" che dalla Litoranea Salentina arriva sino alle scogliere, tra pini ed eucalipti.
