The apartment is designed to offer a comfortable and cosy stay, with everything you need to make you feel at home. You'll find an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the accessories you might need, including glices for a special toast. The double bedroom, cool even in summer thanks to its exposure despite not having direct air conditioning, is a corner of tranquillity, with a spacious bed and an extra bed to accommodate families or friends. The bathroom, rustic and functional, is complete with bidet and shower (shower head 2 metres high). Every detail is designed to pamper you and make your stay pleasant and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a bit of intimacy and comfort at any time of the day.
Welcome! My name is Sascia and I am happy to welcome you to my new property. In addition to the Bed and Breakfast Antica Torre del Borgo, born almost 8 years ago, I decided to start this new adventure because I like to make my guests feel at home, make their stay special, sharing my suggestions about the beauties of the area. It will be a pleasure to have you as my guest.
The area surrounding the apartment is perfect for those looking for comfort and authenticity. Just 300 metres from the station and the new Piazza Boccaccio, with its charming church, you will have everything at your fingertips: a pizzeria within walking distance, bakeries, butchers, greengrocer, pharmacy, restaurants and ice cream parlors, in short, everything is at your fingertips even for those who do not have a car. For a typical culinary experience, I recommend the osteria 'La Saletta', where you can savour typical Tuscan dishes in a welcoming and traditional environment, and you can choose between restaurants and pizzerias, one better than the other. The mediaeval village can be easily reached by the funicular that starts just 200 metres from the apartment. Also, in July, don't miss the famous Mercantia festival: an unmissable event that transforms the city into an open-air stage, with street shows, music and performances that celebrate art, music and culture.
