The apartment is situated in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants, and typical shops. The main attractions of the city can be easily reached on foot.Located on the fifth floor of a typical Florentine building without an elevator, there are approximately 105 steps to climb. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms (all beds can be separated), a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining table, and a bright bathroom. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
