Newly renovated B & B, three cozy rooms with en suite bathroom, common area for breakfast with kitchen equipped with appliances and usable upon request.
University student, motocross athlete, nautical enthusiast.
The structure is located in the district of Fuorigrotta, between Mergellina and Vomero, well connected with the historic center and the Phlegraean area (Pozzuoli, Bacoli), thanks to iron lines (metro line 2, Cumana); the promenade Caracciolo can also be reached in a few minutes by bus or cycle path. Nearby facilities: Diego Armando Maradona stadium, Mostra D'Oltremare, RAI production center, University of Naples Federico II - piazzale Tecchio and Monte Sant'; Angelo, Edenlandia, ZOO, Terme di Agnano, Palapartenope, PalaBarbuto, Piscina Scandone. Not far from the structure there is one of the largest local markets in Naples with stalls of homemade groceries, new and vintage clothes. Near the structure: bar, take-away pizzeria, tobacconist, hairdresser, newsstand.
