Questa graziosa casa ti porta una vista diretta sul Lago di Como ed è dotata di POSTEGGIO. Da qui potrai partire con battelli turistici o barche private per BELLAGIO, MENAGGIO, ISOLA COMACINA, COMO CENTRO STRORICO in 15 minuti . In auto costeggiando il lago passerai per LAGLIO: località di VILLA GEORGE CLOONEY, BRIENNO e CERNOBBIO dopodichè ti troverai a COMO CENTRO STORICO. Ogni località merita una sosta per trovare nuovi Borghi,Lidi e Ristoranti caratteristici. Ampia cucina open space, sala con divano letto. Bagno con doccia king, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Camera matrimoniale ampia. Armadio a due ante. Tutti e tre i locali si affacciano sul lago di Como. C'è un piccolo spiazzo all'entrata che potrai usare per uscire e guardare il lago (no balcone). Mura caratteristiche all’interno di ogni locale che rendono l'atmosfera fresca e rigenerante, per questo infatti non è necessaria l'aria condizionata d'estate.
