Welcome to our private building, situated in a prime location just a 2-minute walk from the city center. Our facility consists of three floors, each floor featuring a room with an attached bathroom and a small balcony, offering a comfortable and private accommodation experience. Additionally, there is a living room on the ground floor, where guests can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The green room is on the first floor, the blue room on the second floor and the yellow room on the third floor. All the building has been recently renovated and decorated. Please consider as the building is old style there is no elevator or a parking area. Please note that we do not serve breakfast as per city law. However, our guests can easily access several nearby cafes.

I have a master's in planning and management of tourism. It has been approximately three years since I began working in this field. I have a genuine passion for hospitality and take great pride in renovating and decorating homes with the goal of welcoming and hosting tourists. Attention to detail is a fundamental part of my work, and I strive to create a warm, comfortable, and memorable experience for every guest.

The apartment is located in Città Bassa, the city center of Bergamo, on a charming pedestrian street lined with cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. Directly across from the apartment is a historic church, adding to the character of the neighborhood.
