My name is Alessio and I am pleased to welcome you to my apartment. After earning a Masters in tourism economics at Bocconi I cultivated interest in the management of apartments / holiday homes / boutique apartments. However, I would like to integrate studies with experience in revenue management for hotel / aparthotel / apartments. I would like to enhance the area of Sassari (and not only in Sardinia) in order to attract a greater segment of tourists. I also have a vintage shop that I run with my brother, just a stone's throw from the apartment. I love any kind of cuisine, and the weekend I never mind a dinner out. During the week I play soccer with my friends, I watch TV series on Netflix and in particular I do trekking throughout Sardinia.

The neighborhood is the historic center of Sassari, where you can breathe the atmosphere of the old Sassari. Absolutely quiet area and close, as already anticipated, to all the attractions of the city. You can park in viale Umberto (cityplex cinema height) , at mercato civico of Sassari , otherwise in piazza colonna mariana at 200/300 meters from the apartment The parking is free between 13:00 pm and 16:00 pm and between 20:00 pm and 9:00 am. The accommodation can be reached via line 8 (Centrale) with departures every 10/20 minutes from Piazza stazione, the stop is right in front of the building. Access is via smartphone by downloading the keesy application, once downloaded you must check-in online by entering the data of all guests and the data of the debit / credit card for the collection of the stay tax.
