The studios include a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette equipped with kitchenware, stove and refrigerator, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The farm produces olive oil on site. The Domus Umbra is 5 km from the center of Terni and 10 minutes by car from the Mamore waterfalls.
