It is distinguished by the particularity of the furniture made from recycled materials while respecting the environment. It is located a few steps from the historic center of Bracciano and from the train station and bus station that lead to Rome and neighboring countries. It is located in a quiet and reserved area with partial lake view from the terrace Free parking outside the building for the car always available, the bike can be parked inside the courtyard of the structure equipped with surveillance cameras. Access to external persons is not permitted.
Eco Home is located at 600 Mt of the Bracciano (RM) railway station, a stone's throw from the town square, the Orsini - Odescalchi castle, the Sanro Stefano cathedral, the village and the historic center. The position of the structure is strategic because of its centrality with respect to all the tourist attractions of the country, in addition to those of the surroundings. It is possible to reach the lakefront of Bracciano, about 1.5 km away. Eco Home is also ideally suited to meet the needs of those who must reach destinations such as Viterbo or Rome, in particular the hospitals of S. Filippo Neri and Policlinico Gemelli, the basilica of San Pietro in Vaticano and the areas of Trastevere and Ostiense, thanks to the FL3 railway line that connects Viterbo with Roma Ostiense with a frequency of 30 minutes. Central area, completely served by supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, cinemas, banks, equipped beaches.
