FaBe Chalet is a little corner of heart and memory. It was lovingly built by our father, right in this corner of the village where he was born and which he always loved deeply.
Today, we have furnished it with the same care and passion, focusing on the well-being and comfort of our guests.
Every detail is designed to make you feel truly at home: welcoming spaces, a family atmosphere, and a relaxing setting where you can recharge.
Surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of nature, the house is still just a few minutes' walk from the center of Piazza Brembana, an ideal location for those seeking peace without sacrificing the convenience of services.
The garden is shared with our home, and we would be happy to share with you a place that is special to us, where simplicity, warmth, and authenticity are at home.
Hi, I'm Francesca, and hospitality has always been a part of me. I worked for years in the hotel industry, both in Italy and abroad, an experience that enriched me immensely and taught me the importance of attention to detail, listening, and caring for each guest.
Today I work in the social and sports fields, but welcoming people to my chalet remains one of the things I love most: it's a way to continue doing what I'm passionate about, with simplicity and heart.
I'm someone who cares deeply about the well-being of my guests: I like to make them feel at home and free to enjoy their stay at their own pace.
I love traveling and discovering new places, but this corner of the Brembana Valley is my favorite refuge. I grew up here, and even today, I always manage to discover something new: a trail, a view, a feeling of peace that can only be experienced here.
I hope you too can immediately feel at ease, and perhaps take a piece of this wonder home with you.
Piazza Brembana is the ideal starting point for exploring the entire Brembana Valley and part of the splendid Orobic Prealps. The valley's cycle path, heading towards Bergamo, begins here. This former railway line has been transformed into a cycle/pedestrian path that passes through tunnels and over panoramic bridges; ideal for cycling, walking, or running.
Located in the heart of the valley, it offers a strategic location that allows easy access to picturesque villages such as:
- Cornello del Tasso: a perfectly preserved medieval village, linked to the Tasso family (founders of the European postal service) and home to the Tasso Museum
- San Pellegrino Terme: a spa town with elegant Art Nouveau architecture, the famous Grand Hotel, and the modern QC Terme spa
- Dossena: home to the world's longest Tibetan bridge, the Becco, and the mines
- Baresi: with its late 17th-century mill nestled in a unique landscape, a hamlet of the charming village of Roncobello
and trails and walks for all levels and difficulties, from simple strolls through woods and small villages (such as the Bernigolo loop) to excursions to mountain refuges (Rifugio Calvi, Laghi Gemelli, Monte Azzarini).
In winter, it is close to the ski resorts of Foppolo/Carona and Valtorta, while in summer it is perfect for hiking, cycling, and moments of tranquility surrounded by greenery.
Whether you love nature walks, mountain hikes, good food, or simply relaxation, you can set out from here every day to discover a different corner of the valley.
Moreover, Piazza Brembana is a lively and welcoming village, with shops, restaurants, services, and an authentic atmosphere that will make you feel part of the local community from day one.
