Located in a small hamlet of Pollein with just over 200 residents, only 10 minutes from the center of Aosta and the Pila cable car, near the long cycling path that crosses the valley, the golf course, and the outdoor pool "les Illes," the "Charming Attic Apartment" awaits you for a peaceful stay on the third floor (no elevator). Every detail is designed to make your stay pleasant and comfortable, just as we would wish for ourselves. The apartment features a living area with kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom. It accommodates up to 4 adults (double bed and sofa bed) plus a child up to 4 years old. Cribs and high chairs are available for an extra fee. Fully furnished, it offers independent heating and a fireplace. Firewood is provided on request for an extra fee. Complimentary items such as comb, toothbrushes, razors, shower cap, sewing kit, and vanity kit in single-use packaging are available. Just 1.5 km away you’ll find restaurants, bars, shops, post office, bank, pharmacy, and a shopping center. Reserved free outdoor parking is included. On the ground floor, there is storage for skis, strollers, or luggage. The apartment is in a scenic, quiet area. You have access to dishes, pots, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, two TVs with satellite receiver, cleaning and personal hygiene products, bed linen, towels, and pillows of various firmness. With a deposit, some bicycles may be available free of charge for adult guests. The area is well served by public transport, including at night, with a stop 100 meters away.
