In the municipality of Völs/ Fiè allo Sciliar in beautiful South Tyrol, the comfortable apartment "Guntschöllerhof Rotwand" welcomes you at the foot of the Schlern. The 60m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a safe.
A furnished balcony is also part of the apartment and offers you a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The garden belonging to the house can be shared by all guests.
Parking spaces are available on the property.

The in-house restaurant "Laitnkeller", which was elected Törggelebetrieb of the year 2019, is open all year round (Tuesday is a day of rest). The Hofschänke is closed in June and in December, in the other months guests can have breakfast for an additional cost.
