Apartment inserted in the heart of the city of Taranto, in via Mazzini 138, on the second floor of an early 1900s building WITHOUT ELEVATOR, between shopping, bars, restaurants and a few steps from the most important points of interest.
The structure, which has recently undergone total renovation, consists of two bedrooms with balconies (overlooking Via Giuseppe Mazzini) with separate entrances, two attached bathrooms and a shared kitchen area complete with all comforts.
Each room is equipped with a TV, a 95-litre refrigerator, a coffee machine, air conditioning, a WiFi network, a hairdryer, bed linen and towels.
The host is at your complete disposal for any request, places to visit and typical restaurants in the area will be recommended.
The property is a 350-metre walk from the city centre, 1.4 km from the Aragonese castle and 1.3 km from the Marta Archaeological Museum.
The property is located in the heart of Taranto, two corners from the Lungomare where you can take a swim or a walk by the sea, from the pedestrian area, in the area served by Supermarkets, Pizzerias, Bars, Delis, Pastry Shops, Pharmacies, public transport for ferry crossings or to go to seaside resorts.
Throughout the center of Taranto, parking is subject to charges, bordered by blue lines, at a cost of 1 euro/hour, from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 to 20:30.
Parking can be paid for by ticket to be used at ticket offices or bars, by machines placed on street corners or by the EASY PARKING or MONEY GO APP.
For those arriving by train from the station, take the KYMA city bus number 8; 1/2 ; 28C; 27C; 14; 20; 21A; 16 and get off at the stop in via Principe Amedeo 204 which extends about 170 meters from the Affittacamere il Pavone (2 minutes on foot) or number 3; 14; 6 and get off at the via Oberdan 36 stop which is 240 meters from the structure (3 minutes on foot). The duration of the rides in. average is about 10 minutes. With the Taxi the cost is 10 euros (15 euros on public holidays). The night washing of the neighboring streets takes place on the 15th, 17th, 18th and 19th of each month, BE CAREFUL about parking your car at night
