Located next to Giulianova‘s Golden Beach, this residence provides the comfort of a modern structure. It features an outdoor swimming pool, a private beach area, and free Wi-Fi. Kiara Residence offers air-conditioned apartments with a balcony. They include a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. Guests are provided with an entrance card to access the building in a secure way. The Kiara’s swimming pool is located on a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasol.
