Enjoy a fresh coffee on the balcony, and with a direct connection from just next to the property, go out to experience the sparkling life of Venice in only 15 minutes, to then come back and unwind in your chic bath or just Netflix and chill in the living-room.

With traditional restaurants, tourist information center and coffee shops in walking distance but also with great transport connections.
