Mi chiamo Sofia, ho 29 anni e vivo ad Ancona. Insieme a mia sorella Marta abbiamo deciso di intraprendere questa nuova avventura su Airbnb, entusiaste di offrire un’accoglienza calorosa ai nostri ospiti. Amo le lingue e le culture straniere, e vedo questa esperienza come un'opportunità per arricchire il mio bagaglio personale. Viaggiare è una delle mie più grandi passioni, quindi far sentire i viaggiatori a proprio agio è per me una vera gioia! :)

Property information

The house is situated on the third floor and there isn't an elevator. The renovation of the bathrooms and clients rooms was completed in June 2023. If you don't have a car you can reach the place from the station to the Cavour square with 1\4 bus (10 minutes). There are three rooms, two toilets (the double room toilet is outside the room) and one kitchen to share and also a tiny balcony with a great view. NO self check-in please let us before your arrival time.

Accogliente appartamento immerso nel cuore di Ancona, situato al terzo piano senza ascensore. Rilassati in un appartamento incastonato nel verde di Piazza Errico Malatesta. A pochi passi dalla Facoltà di Economia, Piazza Cavour, Piazza Roma, Piazza del Papa e nelle immediate vicinanze di punti strategici come il Viale della Vittoria, il Passetto, il Tribunale e il Porto. L’appartamento è stato completamente ristrutturato e i lavori sono stati ultimati a giugno 2023 , garantendo ambienti moderni, accoglienti e funzionali. Tre camere da letto spaziose: una tripla, una doppia e una singola. Il bagno principale è in condivisione tra la singola e la tripla, mentre il bagno della matrimoniale è a uso privato (è situato fuori dalla stanza). Cucina moderna e attrezzata, perfetta per ospitare fino a 4 persone, ideale per cucinare e condividere momenti di convivialità. NO self check-in perfavore avvisare dell'orario di arrivo anticipatamente
