In 60 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 5 people, with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. The property enjoys a privileged position in Lido degli Estensi, a few steps from the beach and Viale Carducci. Possibility to park for free along the road or for a fee on the blue lines along the sea The space LIVING AREA: kitchen equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave oven, various kitchen utensils and double sofa bed, TV and split A/C. BEDROOM I: double bed, TV, wardrobe and split A/C. BEDROOM II: French bed and wardrobe. BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: third split of the A/C in the corridor, and iron and ironing board are included. Unlimited wifi. A balcony with sea view and a second balcony with sea and pine forest view. ATTENTION: due to the market on Thursday it is NOT possible to reach the apartment by car as the street is blocked. It is NOT possible to park the car along the road for the same reasons. From Ravenna railway station, it is necessary to move to Ravenna bus station (9 minutes on foot), where it is possible to take bus n. 333 to “Lido Estensi Manzoni” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property. - For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for free along the street and for a fee on the blue lines along the sea.
