Renovated in 2023, elegant house, equipped with all comforts and a terrace with a grill, table, chairs, and outdoor whirlpool to enjoy in good weather. It is ideal for a holiday between mountains and apple orchards, in all seasons, as a couple, or with friends or family. An excellent starting point for MTB routes and mountain excursions. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, a studio for remote work, and a gymnastic room. One garage parking space for a Hybrid or Electric car and two parking spaces outside the house are available

The house is located in Tuenno, in the heart of the Val di Non. The valley is characterized by gentle slopes dotted with apple orchards, deep gorges through which the Noce torrent and its tributaries flow, villages and castles, forests, and mountains.
