✧Welcome to this very bright penthouse in the Center of Monza with a private Terrace! ✧The house is located in the CENTER of MONZA and only 8 minutes from the STATION! ✧Perfect location to reach: -MILAN in 15 minutes -LAKE COMO in 30 minutes -Monza Racetrack and Villa in 25 minutes -Duomo and Museums in 5 minutes on foot ✧Thanks to all its comforts such as Wifi and A/C the house is ideal both for a vacation and for working. The strong point of the house is the PRIVATE and panoramic TERRACE with a magnificent view of the roofs of Monza where you can relax in the open air! The small Penthouse is a unique, super welcoming and bright environment and you will be welcomed by the LIVING ROOM with table and chairs that can also be used as a Smart Working station to work remotely thanks to the free and super fast Wifi. The house is also composed of a King Size bed with a top of the range mattress and pillows with a SMART TV with all the entertainment programs to enjoy moments of relaxation after a beautiful day discovering all the attractions of Monza and Milan! You will also find a complete BATHROOM with shower and sanitary ware where included in the price you will have a welcome kit with shampoo and conditioner and towels of various sizes for each guest so that you do not have to bring them from home. The KITCHEN of the house is fully equipped where you will find all the appliances such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster as well as normal utensils such as plates, cutlery, pans, glasses and pots to prepare your meals as if you were at home! In all the rooms there is both HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING to guarantee you an ideal temperature throughout the year and luggage storage is also available.
