La zona in cui è ubicata la struttura Near the Tower ha come punto di forza principale la sua vicinanza alla TORRE PENDENTE , e quindi alla parte più artistica della città e dove si possono passare alcune ore per visitare tutte le bellezze di Piazza dei MIRACOLI . Questa può essere raggiunta tranquillamente a piedi in circa 5min di passeggiata. Altra comodità è la vicinanza al centro storico che dista soli 10min a piedi , come tutte le città toscane anche Pisa ha le maggiori attrazioni in questa parte della città. La struttura è inoltre ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici alla stazione centrale da dove poi ci si può recare in tutta la città facilmente. Oltre ha questi fondamentali punti di forza il quartiere dell'appartamento ha a disposizione bar , paninerie , pizzerie e tante altre comodità , tutte facilmente raggiungibili anche senza mezzi di trasporto.
