Brand new Open Space in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Varazze. By staying here, you will be just a few minutes from the Varazzine beaches. The large windows are partially sliding, allowing you to have lunch as if you were outdoors while the summer nights will be mitigated by the air conditioning inside which will guarantee a peaceful sleep on the very comfortable sofa bed provided! Once you arrive in the courtyard, you will find some free parking spaces available, to unload your luggage in total post-trip relaxation. The apartment, located on the ground floor with an independent entrance and no stairs, allows easy access. In front of the entrance door, on your left you will find the safe containing the keys. After taking a few shots of the beautiful view of the staircase leading to the terrace overlooking the sea, you will enter the delightful open space. The entrance opens immediately onto the dining table with 4 seats and onto the kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and kettle. Obviously there is no shortage of plates, cutlery, pots, coffee maker, salt, sugar and some single-dose sachets of oil and vinegar. The dining table opens directly onto the large window, with the possibility of sliding opening. To the right of the entrance you will find a brand new mezzanine that divides the living area from the sleeping area, connected by a wooden ladder. Below, guests will find a first double sofa bed, placed in front of an LG FullHD High Definition TV equipped with a Disney+ subscription offered by the house, which will fill even the little ones' time on cloudy days. When evening comes, go up the stairs to find yourself in front of the very comfortable and particular futon double bed, with sea view! The bathroom is equipped with ceramic sanitary ware, large shower, hairdryer, dryer, soap, towels of various sizes and a 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit.

Invrea is a fraction of the municipality of Varazze, in the province of Savona. The name derives from the fact that in medieval times the area was owned by the Marquises of Invrea, who owned a castle here, still owned by the heirs. In the hamlet stands the church of Santa Maria di Latronorio, dating back to the 12th century. Piani d'Invrea turns out to be a very pleasant corner of Ligurian tranquility, totally dedicated to residential buildings that bloom in spring like the names that bear their streets. A stone's throw from the renowned Varazze and its beautiful beaches, you can enjoy all its services while staying in a pleasant neighborhood. If you are fond of trekking then, it is a good base for entering the nearby Beigua Park. The climate of this hamlet is very mild: in winter, as it is protected from cold winds, while in summer, the climate is pleasant due to the effect of the sea breeze, with temperatures rarely exceeding 30 °C.
