The electrical system can support a maximum voltage of 3.5/4 kW. Exceeding this threshold may cause the breakers to trip, and guests may need to reset the power themselves (a tutorial will be provided for the main guest to restore power independently).
The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
