Albisola Superiore, in Liguria, is renowned for its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. Loved by tourists and remote workers for its tranquillity, variety of restaurants and venues, and for the famous “Passeggiata degli Artisti” decorated with ceramic artworks, it offers experiences for every type of traveller: seaside relaxation, outdoor activities, nature trails, and water sports. This very bright apartment is logistically perfect: 7 minutes’ walk from the beaches and close to the centre. If arriving by train, the station is just a 3-minute walk away; by car, you will find parking in nearby streets and the motorway exit only 500 m away. Located on the fourth and top floor with lift, it guarantees comfort and peace. At the entrance, a bright living area with equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine with pods, crockery, pots, and basic condiments). A table for 4 is perfect for meals or work. The living room, with comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests, has heating and opens onto a furnished covered terrace, ideal in any season for breakfast, lunch, or relaxation. The sleeping area includes a spacious bedroom with double bed and single bed, large wardrobe, and access to a private balcony. The bathroom, near the entrance, has a shower, hairdryer, and ceramic sanitary ware. Bed linen, towels, pillows, and duvets are provided for each bed.
