Podere Macee is a delightful upstairs apartment, part of a splendid characteristic Umbrian farmhouse with amazing views. The property is surrounded by villages and gentle hills covered in olive trees and vineyards. The farmhouse is set in a large garden with a slope down to a beautiful infinity pool built in Roman style (depth 1.50 metres), which is shared with the owners. Pool opens 1 June, closes 30 September. The flat for guests is approx 90 sq.m with a hall, kitchen with dishwasher, large family area with a wood burner/heater and/or radiators, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with twin beds that can become a double bed plus a sofa bed in the family area, (only suitable for 4 adults and 2 children or any combination thereof) bathroom with bath and hand shower, own patio and small garden area. Use of barbecue. Beamed ceilings with fans, parquet and tiles. The flat includes bed linen, towels, water. Not included is the liquid gas for the radiators or wood for fireplace heating system, electricity. Weekly cleaning and clean laundry is upon request, upon payment. Free WiFi, TV with HDMI/USB, Blu-Ray, DVD. 10 kms from Orvieto, 45 mins by car to Perugia, Assisi and Spoleto,15 kms
