Podere Molinaccio is a Tuscan-style Eco Villa set in Panicale - one of the most beautiful medieval villages of Italy and located in a strategic position between Umbria and Tuscany - with high quality environmental standard and expansive park designed by Italian Landscape Architect S. Just over 100 minutes north by train is Florence. By car, you can easily drive to Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Chiusi, Città della Pieve, Deruta, Montefalco and Montepulciano, as well as the impressive nearby Castiglione del Lago fortress and Lake Trasimeno with its unique islands and many sporting, dining and cultural activities. 4 km from the villa is the famous Lamborghini Golf Club, a 9-holes golf course created by Ferruccio Lamborghini on his estate between Panicale and the shores of Lake Trasimeno, with its 32 hectares of vineyards and its renowned Umbrian wines.
