URBANAUTS STUDIOS Minelli has no reception.
Two days before arrival, the guest receives a voyager link for the registration of all Id Cards / Passports and then, after entering all the credit card details (the tourist tax will be charged on this card), the guest will receive a personal code to collect the key of the booked apartment.
Our Property uses an automatic system, which does not require any contact in person with the guest. Following all the steps in the Voyager link, is the only way to get the personal code to enter the apartment.
URBANAUTS STUDIOS Minelli is housed in a 19th-century building, just 250 metres from the coast. It offers self-catering apartments with free Wi-Fi and views of Trieste’s rooftops.
The air-conditioned apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 1 or 2 separate bedrooms.
TheTrieste Railway Station is a 20-minute walk from URBANAUTS STUDIOS Minelli. The St. Justus Cathedral is 600 metres away from URBANAUTS STUDIOS Minelli.
Property does not count with a recepcion, SELF CHECK-IN: the key can only be collected with the personal code, sent automatically as soon that the voyager link is filled in correctly (there is a safe box outside the main entrance)

On 22 October 1801 Giuseppe Minelli, a trader from Veneto, an Italian Region, commissioned the architect Ottavio Fontana to realize a building overlooking Via del Fontanone (today Via Felice Venezian) and Via della Madonna del Mare.
Originally the building was a courtyard house delimited by arches and it had three floors that hosted 6 accommodations.
In the following years other 3 floors were added to the building and, as other families became owners of the house, also the entrance of the building and the staircase were subjected to changes. The actual aspect of the building is due to the wise renovation by the actual owners of Urbanauts Studios Minelli.
Urbanauts Studios Minelli is located a few minutes from the enchanting Piazza dell’Unità d'Italia, in the picturesque neighbourhood called "Cavana". Just 150 metres from the Harbour Station, Residence del Mare is perfectly located for visiting Trieste.
Particularly appreciated for its central location, it is ideal for both leisure and business travel and for a pleasant weekend in the city that inspired Trieste’s greatest native writers Saba and Svevo and the Irish James Joyce.
