Property information

Renovated in 2021, the property is located in the oldest building on Via Roma, one of Cagliari's main streets, which overlooks the sea and the harbor. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the house and it can accommodate from two to six people. This makes the house perfect for both families and couples, but also for business trips. A convenient location near the stations and several public transport stops makes it the ideal starting point for visiting all the attractions of Cagliari, all of which can be reached on foot.

Neighbourhood information

Marina is one of the four historic districts of Cagliari. Specifically, it is the one that faces the Cagliari port and opens towards the sea. It is home to dozens of restaurants, bars and clubs, as well as shops and services, including minimarkets and little stores. Via Porcile's strategic location makes it the perfect location for comfortable and car-free vacations: it is 600 meters from the city's train and bus station, and a few steps from the local bus stop that connects the city center and beach. There is an excellent view of the port from this structure, which lies at the intersection of Via Porcile and Via Roma, one of Cagliari's most popular streets full of arcades, commercial activities, and historic buildings, including the Town Hall.
