My Amazing Times is a company specialized in short rentals. We're launching also a new short rentals brand, that you will see in the next months: Nativoo.
We manage over 100 properties on the Como Lake and in the surrounding mountains and guarantee our guests a smooth and unforgettable experience. We're available to assist with any questions or offer recommendations for local experiences.
IMPORTANT: since we're a professional Property Manager, for all our properties you will be asked to access a portal (Octorate) to fill the additional informations requested by law in Italy: register all guests data, sign the rental agreement, add your payment method to pay extras (if selected during the check-in phase; i.e. additional cleaning fee for pets where allowed) or tourist tax (where requested by the municipality).
Sometimes communication via phone is smoother; maybe you will be requested to accept our messages, that will come directly from our channel management system. For example you will receive information and videos for the self check-in in case you will arrive out of the check-in window.
You will have a "House Manager" that will be available for you in case of need.

The amount shown on the portal includes the owner's rent fee and the fee for additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at check-out.

As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted by a generously sized living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, a dining area, and two sofa beds for additional sleeping space. The bedroom features a comfortable master bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The apartment boasts a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay. A bathroom with necessary amenities is also provided for your convenience.
One of the highlights of this apartment is its location on the attic floor, offering a sloped ceiling and two large terraces for exclusive use with magnificent mountain views. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or soaking in the sunset, these terraces provide a serene space to unwind and admire the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Conveniently situated close to the village center, you'll have easy access to a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Immerse yourself in the local culture and culinary delights at your leisure.
Guests will appreciate the convenient access to the apartment, and free private car parking is available for their use. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator.
