Roomy apartment of 70 sqm located on the first floor (stairs to access), can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The accommodation is located in Buggerru, just 13 minutes walk from Buggerru Beach and 8km from Cala Domestica Beach, the area is served by all major services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.
The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.
The accommodation of 70 sqm is located on the first floor of a building without elevator (stairs to access).
The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fan;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fan, access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM 3 with two single beds, wardrobe, desk with chair;
- LIVING ROOM with table and chairs, TV, access to balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and moka coffee maker, oven and microwave, toaster, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY shared with bedroom 2, 3 and living room.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE: Air conditioning and heating are NOT present in the apartment.
The fireplace can be used ONLY in winter, from October to March.
