"Suite Ponte Vecchio" is a splendid 75 sqm holiday home with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, completely renovated in July 2024. It is located in a quiet yet strategic area, near the Ponte Coperto and less than a 5-minute walk from the center of Pavia. You can easily reach it by public transport or by car, with free parking available nearby. The property comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, with two double bedrooms and one bathroom. "Suite Ponte Vecchio" is situated in the heart of Pavia (Italy), only 43 km from Milan. It is well connected by public transport, including the Pavia-Milan Rogoredo railway line (MM 3 Yellow), Linate airport, and the ring road for Milan Rho Fiera. The main entrance to the Suite is on the third floor, without an elevator, and faces the main street. The apartment is very bright and quiet. All rooms are equipped with heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The house consists of: entrance, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry room. - Kitchen: fully equipped with dining table, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, as well as dishes, pots, and utensils. - "Azzurra" bedroom: double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, desk for smart working, armchair, TV unit, and Smart TV. - "Verde" bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, desk for smart working, armchair, TV unit, and Smart TV. - Bathroom: sink, WC, bidet, shower, hairdryer. - Laundry: washing machine, washbasin, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available free of charge. The apartment rate includes bed linen, towels, and utilities.
