Welcome to Town House 6 - Small Studio in Cernobbio, a short distance from the lake and town center. This one-bedroom apartment offers short and/or long-stay options, with a central location for exploring the beauty of Lake Como, enjoying delicious meals at local restaurants, and convenient access to Milan and Switzerland. THE SPACE: Town 6 offers one bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchenette. In the bedroom there is a double bed and one single sofa bed. It is the ideal option for those looking for a simple but functional accommodation in Cernobbio, ready to welcome you with warmth and comfort and perfect for exploring the area. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
