Passeggiando per le vie del centro storico di Sannicola, quieto comune salentino, ci si imbatte in un elegante palazzo mediterraneo che, attraverso un luminoso corridoio, a sorpresa conduce ad un paradiso segreto: un piazzale in marmo bianco naturale contornato da vegetazione riflessa in una distesa d’acqua color del mare.
Pietra intonacata a calce, talvolta lasciata a vista, design e arredamento in legno e sassi bianchi per le aiuole a circondare lo specchio d’acqua sui toni del blu e del verde.
Tradizione & Modernità
TS Residence è un palazzotto antico di recente ristrutturazione risalente all’800 e in pieno stile Mediterraneo.
La struttura è stata recentemente ampliata, grazie all’annessione di un immobile di nuova costruzione e di una favolosa piscina a sfioro.
Gli Appartamenti Deluxe Magnolia e Gardenia, dai toni tortora, beige e grigio e dal bianco luminoso che ben si sposa ai materiali del legno e del bambù, conferiscono un aspetto raffinato e di modernità alla struttura.
