The house, built in 1930, offers a nostalgic journey into childhood memories, when visits to grandma's house in the countryside were filled with happy moments in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. This place has a soul and history – from the wooden furniture to the details that take you back in time. If you’re looking for a space to relax and unwind in a cozy, nostalgic atmosphere, this house is perfect.
From every window, there is a beautiful view. From the kitchen and the small room, you can admire the medieval town on the hill, while from the two bedrooms, you have a view of the valley and mountains – an incredibly picturesque landscape.
The house offers 3 rooms on the ground floor and 1 in the attic, for up to 8 people plus an additional extra bed for a child (bed 140 cm long. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge, gas stove) allows you to prepare meals, as well as 2 mochas for coffee. Additionally, there is a wood-burning kitchen ("English"), the use of which must be agreed with the owner in advance.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, sink, bidet and toilet. The living room has a 42-inch SmartTV. Outside there is a patio with chairs and a table - a perfect place to relax.
We accept pets (with an additional cleaning fee). Airport transfers are available for an additional fee (upon arrangement).
60 meters from the house is the Vigna trattoria, serving excellent local food. The restaurant offers lunch (12:30–15:00) and dinner (19:00–23:00), with delivery to your home at special prices for our guests.
