Independent building on a floor plan on 2 levels of 900m2 completely renovated and independent. The skilful renovation was able to obtain spacious and intimate rooms with the maximum comfort required today. Furthermore, the structure is completely home automation with electronic accesses and locks.

The Zetarooms is located in an easily accessible and at the same time central area, the customer will enter a relaxing environment surrounded by every comfort. The structure is located at a distance of 15 minutes on foot from the majestic palace of Caserta, and 5 minutes by car from it. The reference neighborhood of the structure is located behind the restricted traffic zone of the city, very convenient for possible free parking without a fee in the immediate vicinity of the structure. The area is highly safe and well guarded, demonstrating the fact that Caserta is a city with the highest number of military presence in terms of barracks and military bases. When booking you will receive a template with all the restaurant recommendations and characteristic commercial activities of the city.
