Hello and welcome! I'm Satoko, the host of this guesthouse. In my twenties, I lived on the tropical island of Jamaica. These days, I’ve been running a Jamaican restaurant in Takamatsu City for over 25 years. Recently, I renovated my family’s traditional house and transformed it into a modern Japanese-style guesthouse — Suzuan. It features classic Japanese elements such as tatami rooms, a kotatsu (heated table), shoji sliding paper doors, and beautiful cypress wood flooring. The house is conveniently located near supermarkets and the nearest train station. As a private rental, it's perfect for families or small groups looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.
