Late Check-out: 50% of daily rate is charged unless pre-agreed. 👥 Guests & Occupancy The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests. Additional guests may incur extra charges (if not included during booking). 🚭 No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties Strictly no smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed. This is a quiet residential area—please be considerate. ❌ Prohibited Activities No drugs, contraband, or illegal activities allowed on the premises. Disruptive behavior or disturbances may lead to immediate cancellation with no refund. 🧼 Cleanliness & Housekeeping Please leave the apartment as clean as you found it. Fresh linens and towels are replenished every 2 days for long-term stays. Stained linens/towels (blood, makeup, etc.) will be charged based on indexed costs shown by host. 🧺 Laundry & Dishes Guest laundry and dishes are your responsibility. 🔌 Utilities & Safety Turn off lights, taps, sockets, gas, and appliances when not in use or when leaving. Guests are liable for any damages or breakages—costs billable before or during check-out. 🕵️‍♀️ Privacy & Inspections We respect your privacy, but management may inspect the apartment if necessary during your stay. 💰 Cancellation Policy Cancel >2 days before check-in: 70% refund of deposit. Cancel <2 days before check-in or after arrival: No refund. ⚠️ Liability We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses during your stay. No accident insurance is provided. Guests are fully responsible for their own safety. 🚪 Admission Rights Management reserves the right of admission. Bookings canceled for rule violations are non-refundable.
