Located in Jeonju Hanok Village, "Jeonju Nostalgic Home" is Korean Traditional House, named as ‘Mohern’. This Home was bought in 1959 by my father, who was an intangible cultural property, and was a space for children studying in the country to study and live. Subsequently, the descendants wished to use this space as a place for promoting traditional culture, and opened it as a traditional hanok experience lodging in May 2014. In addition, the bedroom was remodeled with a Hanji wall paper, which means Korean traditional wallpaper and a Hanji floorboard, and was designed to feel the beauty and comfort of the Hansil. It also has clean and comfortable bedding where you can relax.
The property offers traditional games, such as Yut, Gongi, and Jegichagi, as well as traditional tea and seasonal fruit. There is an explanation that describes falconry hunting, a traditional play culture.
Nearby tourist attractions such as Omokdae Tourist Information Center, Gyeonggi-jeon, Jeondong Cathedral, Hyanggyo, Mural Village, Liquor Museum, and Seonbi Literature Museum are located nearby.
