部屋の調度品もラオスらしいもので良い。部屋のバルコニーには椅子机がある。共同のバルコニーは広く、ロッキングチェアもありとてもくつろげる。
部屋には、コンセントも多いので、充電するのに困らない。寒い場合は、毛布も置いてある。エアコンは無いが、扇風機もあり、ビエンチャンやルアンパバーンに比べるととても過ごしやすくて、快適な気候なのでクーラーは不要と感じる。（8月滞在）お湯のシャワーも十分な量出てくる。
