Entire 3BHK Brand New Sea view flat. Seaside Brand new apartment with semi furnished. • 3 Bedroom: All are luxury beds with the Spring mattress, two rooms in sea view with balcony, • 2 Bathroom: One Common Bathroom, another one with the Private • Kitchen: Open type kitchen with amenities. • Living area: Spacious with luxury dining table. • Parking: Private spacious parking on 3rd floor. Location: Seaside, 20 m to the Marian Drive and Dehiwala Beach. Walking distance to Dehiwala Railway Station. 24 Hours Security available. The flat having sea breeze and good atmosphere all the time. All are brand new luxury furniture.

Since I am abroad, you can enjoy your holiday in my dream apartment. During my stays on this apartment, I love taking walks in early morning on the beautiful beach right next to you and bringing back some fresh fish, some time i use to walk to the railway station with my kids and take them for a short journey, the the trail use to travel through costal line connected to the Sothern part of Sri Lanka—it's a fantastic experience. Feel free to give it a try for a truly memorable stay.
