Secured neighborhood. 3 minutes' walk to the city, shopping centers, open market, Restaurants, Hospital and bus station. 20 minutes' drive to Colombo main city. 10 minutes' drive to the Expressway. 5 minutes' drive to the Historical Kelaniya temple. This apartment fully furnished two bed room apartment with one large master bed room with super' king side bed & one queen size bunk bed, other room with two single beds, two bathrooms with hot water, Can accommodate 4 people. Spacious Living & Dining , fully equipped open kitchen with european appliances, double door fridge, 40"LED tv with cable tv, Fully automatic washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, electric iron, cloth drying rack, hair dryer, safe locker, all required kitchen utensils for cooking , bed linen, remote gates, 24hr cctv security camera system,unlimited internet, parking facility for one car.
