Kviečiame į Šimonių girią atgaut jėgas ir gerą nuotaiką sodyboje "Amatų kalnelis", įsikūrusioje idiliškoje vietoje šalia Šventosios upės ir romantiškos Inkūnų bažnytėlės. Atveriame vartelius visiems gamtos ir ramybės mylėtojams. Jūsų lauks poilsis medinėje klėtelėje nendriniu stogu. Pirmąjame aukšte rasite svetainę su vaizdu į mišką, virtuvėlės kampelį ir vonios kambarį. Antrąjame aukšte miegamasis su dvigule lova ir dviem viengulėm. Meniškom sielom siūlome apžiūrėti keramikos ekspoziciją, įsigyti patikusį gaminį, arba užsisakyti keramikos pamokėlę ir išbandyti savo jėgas.
Sveiki, mieli „Amatų kalnelio“ lankytojai, Atveriu vartelius visiems, norintiems iš arčiau pažinti seniausią pasaulio amatą- keramiką. Mane pačią molis patraukė seniai. Nors nebuvo tai meilė iš pirmo žvilgsnio, šiandien sunku būtų įsivaizduoti savo gyvenimą be jo. Sekdama likimo pėdomis atsiradau ant šio kalnelio žalio miško saujoje. Sakoma, kad jei randi savo vietą, toliau viskas einasi kaip iš pypkės. Ir tikrai- dešimt metų netruko prabėgti, o šalia trobelės stojo jauki dirbtuvėlė nendriniu stogu. Lipdau sau puodus žvelgdama į žaliaskares egles iki Dangaus ir pamirštu laiką. Sudedu į juos visa, ką matau pro langą- miško siūbavimą, paukščių giesmes, almančio šaltinio aidą. Šimonių giria- didelis natūralaus miško masyvas, pilnas įvairiausių augalų ir gyvūnų. Dienos neprailgs vaikštinėjant po Šventosios kraštovaizdžio draustinį.
