Nestled between the Curonian Lagoon and the Baltic Sea, it's ideal for couples, solo travelers, or families (up to 4 guests). Enjoy a quiet beach nearby, forest views from the balcony, and year-round comfort with AC and heating. Includes free parking, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and all essentials for a relaxing Baltic coast escape. Completed in 2025.
Pervalka’s beach is about 20 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bike, or just 4 minutes by car. There’s free parking by the sea, making it easy to enjoy a peaceful day by the water. The beach is calm and refreshing — perfect for a swim or a relaxing afternoon. Just across the street from the apartment, the Curonian Lagoon shoreline invites you for scenic walks and birdwatching in a truly unique natural setting. Between Juodkrantė and Pervalka lies the Nagliai Nature Reserve — one of the most impressive natural areas on the Curonian Spit. Here you'll find the Grey Dunes, a striking and rare landscape well worth a visit. From the Pervalka shore, you can also spot the 14-meter-high Horse Cape Lighthouse standing in the lagoon, adding a special charm to the view.
