Palmeraie Guesthouse is a traditional Berber house situated 7km from the market town of Tinerhir in southern Morocco. The guesthouse in on the road directly to the Todra Gorge (7km). Two brothers run the guesthouse and restaurant. Rachid and Jouad welcome you to Palmeraie Guesthouse! Here you can: twichiyaStay in a Berber home in the Todra palmeraie. Eat fresh and delicious Berber food. Relax and soak up Berber culture. Walk, hike, and trek through the palmgrove, the Todra Gorge, and the surrounding mountains. Visit the old Jewish quarter and old Koranic school in Tinerhir. And drink Moroccan Tea with berber familly who make Berber carpet ....

From our front door step out onto the extensive network of paths that criss-cross the palmeraie of the Todra valley. Palm trees, olive trees, and fruit trees offer welcome shade as you pass fertile fields of wheat, corn, alfalfa, and vegetables. Added to the song of the birds, is the sound of water splashing through a system of irrigation ditches that are centuries old. The palmeraie truly is a place of peace and tranquility.very cosy palmeraie palmegrove WALKING Walking is a superb way to explore and see the amazing variety of scenery, topography, and the way of life in the Todra area.
