Miska Properties is a relatively new company. We (the owners) are not Moroccan but have come to love Morocco after many years. In our properties we seek to do justice to the elegant culture and rich history of Morocco. We want our guests to experience a chilled, tranquil home environment - a calm to contrast the energy and hustle of the Marrakech medina.

Dar Bou Seta is a chic and cosy riad in the heart of the Marrakech medina, close to many of the main tourist attractions, some great little cafes, and the famous souks. Lovingly restored in muted tones with respect for its ancient structure, this an ideal and peaceful hideaway for a couple. Enjoy feeling at home in your own private riad right in the middle of old Marrakech. You will share your space only with the sweet little buntings ('tibibt' in Moroccan) who come to the courtyard and are so beloved in Moroccan households. You can prepare meals in the cosy kitchen or eat out in the many nearby cafes and restaurants. Relax in the lounge with a book, and enjoy sunrise and sunset on the terrace, which is peaceful and quiet despite the central location. On the ground floor the kitchen and living room look onto a lovely patio planted with jasmine and banana. There is a guest bathroom near the entrance. Upstairs the double bedroom has a lovely comfy bed and ample wardrobe space. The luxurious bathroom, with its elegant marble decor, is complete with a bidet. Above these, a furnished terrace planted with cacti and a pretty pink trumpet vine is available for the exclusive enjoyment of guests - an ideal place to enjoy a sundowner or breakfast. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the whole riad, with wifi throughout. Although it is most ideal as a house for two people, an extra guest or 1-2 children can sleep in the day-bed nook just off the living room.

Bou Seta is in a perfect location, surrounded by historic attractions, great souk shopping and plenty of popular cafes and restaurants - yet it is on a very quiet little street. There are some great carpet shops and a fruit and veg market close by. Our favourite must-see places only a few minutes walk away are: Le Jardin Secret Madrasa Ben Yousef The Almoravid Q'uba Maison de la Photographie Museum des Confluences & Dar El Bacha Coffee House Jema El Fna is not far to wander, passing by Place des Epices on the way, and there are plenty of hammams around too.
