Riad El Arsat is located in the heart of Marrakesh’s Medina, just 7 minutes from Jamaâ El Fna Square. It has an outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and a garden. Each of the Arsat’s guest rooms is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom with free toiletries, and a minibar. Free Wi-Fi is available in the Riad’s public areas. An airport shuttle is available and car rental can be organized through the Riad El Arsat. Guests can also enjoy massage therapy at the Riad.

At 7 minutes from the Place Jemaa el Fna and in one of the biggest gardens in the medina, the Riad el Arsat is at once intimate and spacious, with all the luxury, charm and ancient traditions of Morocco. With a large swimming pool, a spa, long covered colonnades and wide terraces, the Riad el Arsat is one of the latest historic palaces of the medina. The property was built by the Kabbaj family at the end of the XIXth century but fell into multi-occupancy and decadence in the 1960s after the death of its owner. It has been renovated mixing the European style and Andalusian art-deco by Mme Nicole Arbousset with utmost respect for its architectural integrity and furnished with Moroccan rugs and artefacts as well as art-deco style furniture and ornament.
