Company information

We are local family from Sveti Stefan with tradition of hospitality and long-term work in tourism. What makes our house a really unique? First of all, we try to carefully keep local traditions and gladly share them with our guests. Secondly (and in the main) after working in tourism for more than 20 years, we come to position ourselves not as a touristic place, but the hospitable one! And we really do our best for every guest coming to our house feel it!

Apartment Famelja Jovanovic is a cozy guesthouse in the center of Sveti Stefan. We have everything necessary for the comfortable living: pillows, blankets, bed linens; fully equipped kitchen for you could cook any time you want; parking space, bus station right in front of house. And of course your own terrace with a great sea view and clear Adriatic sea near just 500 m far. At our apartments you could feel as at home, we're ready to help our guests with any question and do the best for your vacation become heartwarming and great!

Neighbourhood information

Our house is situated in about 500 m from Sveti Stefan hotel-island and beach. Right one step near apartments you will have free parking place and bus station. There are also few little markets around, 3-4 good restaurants and touristic point near. Famous park Milocer is about 700 m. We suggest you to have a walk there every morning to enjoy beautiful views and fresh tasty air! But whatever you do and wherever you go - there are all the time with you beautiful mountains, clear sea and amazing nature of Montenegro! Uživajte! Enjoy!
