Located in the highlands of mountain region of the Boka Kotorska bay, 630 meters above sea level, our off-grid studio holiday home relies entirely on solar energy and we supply rain water from the irrigator, it has a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two, which can be easily folded into a sofa for sitting and relaxing. The interior is made of pine wood, which provides a pleasant and warm environment. The rustic-looking kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, while looking out the window at the forest behind the house. After swimming in the sea or hiking in the surrounding hills, treat yourself to a shower in the fully equipped bathroom, and during cool nights you can also make a fire on our wood stove. Surrender to the magic of green fields, chirping birds and serene afternoons with a coffee that will give you a break from the noise of the city. My name is Andreja, I am a lawyer by profession, I speak English fluently and understand Italian and French. With my husband, who is an excellent craftsman, I came up with the idea a few years ago to create a tiny holiday home which would provide a unique stay experience on my great-grandfather's property, where guests would be completely in touch with nature. With a lot of love and enthusiasm, we are looking forward to the opportunity to host nature lovers on our property and to gain experience with the hope of expanding this business. You can visit the historical monuments - the remaining 🏛️ Austro-Hungarian Wells and fortresses in Dvrsnik, Jankov Vrh, Straznik, Kom, Grkavac, Vranovo Brdo, Velji Vrh, which are located on beautiful viewpoints⛰️ or simply enjoy hiking through untouched nature in beech wood 🌳 in Crkvice, where you can pick medicinal herbs, and if you are lucky you can encounter some wild animals such as deer or rabbits 😀🦌🐇 Here, even in the summer months, the nights are pleasant and fresh, since site is located at 630 meters above the sea level.
