Our property is a spacious 100 m² upper floor of a family house, with a private entrance and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to a bright living room with air conditioning, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (200cm x 200cm), another bedroom with a single bed and two private terraces. The living room opens onto a large balcony with a beautiful view of the city of Bar and the sea. There are two indoor and two outdoor parking spaces available. The house is surrounded by a large 800 m² garden filled with fruit treues - mainly citrus such as mandarins, oranges, figs, and kiwis - creating a relaxing and natural atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The location is very convenient: the city beach is just a 5 to 10-minute drive away, as is the Old Town of Bar, a charming and historic site worth exploring.
