Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. It is up a steep hill that may not be easy for everyone to access. There is an easy access by car but please keep in mind it is a narrow uphill road. Private parking and pool. Spectacular views and short walk to the lovely tavernas and sea swimming in Prcanj. Kotor and Tivat are 10-15 minutes driving.

Hi Im Marcel and welcome to my listing. The building was recently renovated. 17m2 terrace with view of whole Kotor Bay, 58m2 apartment and short walk to the old fisherman village will give you the chills you expect from Montenegro.
