Studio 89 is ideally located — in a quiet part of town, yet close to all major attractions. Guests especially appreciate: Old Town Bar – a medieval fortress with ancient churches, towers, and a 16th-century aqueduct, just a 10-minute drive away. King Nikola’s Palace – once a royal summer residence, now a museum showcasing Montenegro’s history, located right by the sea. Church of St. Jovan Vladimir – a grand Orthodox church with golden domes and beautiful frescoes, one of Bar’s most iconic sights. The Old Olive Tree – one of the oldest olive trees in Europe, over 2,000 years old, symbolizing peace and longevity.
